Sunday 17.07.2011 - No matter how well you prepare to shift you are always concerned that you will overlook something, that items may be damaged or lost or something may go wrong.
Nick and Matt were good to deal with, experienced and calm; nothing fazed them. They worked very well together as a team and the work was undertaken in an orderly and straighforward manner.
All my queries and concerns were addressed. They have a strong work ethic and were thorough. We checked the entire property together before we left.
The property I moved into had just been painted throughout but they assured me that nothing would be scratched or damaged.
There were a diverse range of irregular shaped items to be stored in the garage. I was impressed and relieved that they were able to compact the lot into a much smaller area to enable my car to fit inside.
The shift went well because they were service oriented and professionals. It just took the stress out of the whole process.

Saturday 25.06.2011 - Hi Paul,I know it is a bit after our move date 9th June 2011, however my internet has only just been connected. I wanted to thank you for providing me with a really positive experience on our moving day.
Mathew Thorpe & Nick Holt were fantastic on the day and John was really helpful leading up to my move. From the moment Matt & Nick arrived at my house my stress level dropped as they were so calm and competent and made me feel comfortable that they could handle the move. They moved my furniture as if it was their own and I couldn't ask for more.

I cannot thank you all enough for your assistance and support on Friday 27th June with getting my son Joel Crean’s furniture up to Kingston ACT so efficiently. MSafe and Sound went out of their way for me and I am most grateful. Both the pick up guys Allan & Dave could not be nicer and decent towards my situation. Peter the truck driver, although he was let down by my son, rang me to advise it had been dropped off and then I rang him back later than morning to thank him and advise that Joel had received all his belongings and was extremely happy that Peter had actually taken it all up to the 3rd floor for him and left it safely on his landing.

I booked a job with Safe and Sound for last Tuesday for my bedroom furniture
and some other items to go up to Sydney. It arrived on Thursday. I wanted
to let you know how impressed I was with Dom and Allan! They were prompt,
